History of Lifestyle Another incredible journey that started with one step, is the birth and growth of Lifestyle Colours. In March 2004 the first Lifestyle Colours store opened its doors in Polokwane. The idea was to offer clients the information and training to tackle interior decorating themselves by providing advice on colour and effects, a fashionable range of paints and the necessary training. Boasting not only an exciting quality range, but a totally unique look and approach, the store blossomed. And before long architects and contractors followed hot on the heels of DIY applications looking for more exciting alternatives to their usual choices. Lifestyle was, in fact, such as a success that the next step was all but inevitable: franchising. The first franchise store was opened in September 2004. Today Lifestyle Colours boasts 7 stores... and they’re not stopping!
